To Resize a Logo:
For the web:
Go to Image- Image Size
Type in 72 in the Resolution box
Type in the size needed in the width or height boxes
Click OK
Go to File-Save for Web
Change the file type to GIF and click Save
Choose the destination folder
Click OK
For print:
Go to Image- Image Size
Type in the size needed in the width or height boxes
Click OK
Go to File-Save As
Choose the destination folder
Select the file type needed
Click Save
Go to Image- Image Size
Type in 72 in the Resolution box
Type in the size needed in the width or height boxes
Click OK
Go to File-Save for Web
Change the file type to GIF and click Save
Choose the destination folder
Click OK
For print:
Go to Image- Image Size
Type in the size needed in the width or height boxes
Click OK
Go to File-Save As
Choose the destination folder
Select the file type needed
Click Save
To Add Your Logo To Other Files
Your PSD file contains your logo within a layered group. Simply click the group in the layers palette and drag it onto your desired file. Use Edit-Free Transform to change the size if needed.
To Create a Brush
Your logo is a layered PSD file. To make a brush, you will need to merge the layers. To do so, select the layers that are within the layer group. Go to Layers-Merge Layers. Then, CTL+click the layer box located in the Layers palette (located on the left next to the layer name of the layer you just created when you merged all layers). Then, Go to Edit- Define Brush Preset. Name your brush and Click OK. Your brush will now be in the brushes palette. You may want to turn off smoothing for your brush when you use it (personal preference).
